Timber shopfronts across Ilkeston
Timber shopfronts in Ilkeston start from about £3,800 plus VAT for a standard opening, with a free survey and a written quotation before anything is ordered.
Across Ilkeston, a surveyor measures the unit before anything is priced so the timber shopfronts arrive made to fit.
Price guide
Timber shopfronts start at around £3,800 plus VAT. The real figure comes from the survey measurements. Once issued, the price is fixed for 90 days unless the specification changes.
Lead times
Allow 5-7 weeks after drawing sign-off from drawings to delivery. The install itself rarely takes more than two days for a standard opening. We can fit on a day the business is shut.
Specification notes
Where a parade is listed or sits in a conservation area, the planning authority will often expect timber. Common specifications: factory-primed, finished on site; concealed modern weathering and security details.

Questions from Ilkeston customers
Who carries out the work?
Work is carried out by our installation team and approved installers working under S&K Glazing Limited, which contracts with you and is responsible for the job.
Do you cover the whole of Derbyshire?
Yes. We cover Ilkeston and the rest of Derbyshire, including Derby, Chesterfield and Glossop.
What guarantee do I get?
Every installation comes with a written guarantee, and manufacturer warranties on hardware, motors and finishes are passed to you. The terms are set out on your quotation.
Can you match the units either side?
On a parade where the landlord wants a consistent frontage, we work to the same section profile and colour reference so the unit reads as part of the row.
