Lead times
Lead time is typically 4-5 weeks after drawing sign-off. The install itself rarely takes more than two days for a standard opening. Closed-day or out-of-hours work can be arranged.
The product
Folding the whole frontage back turns the glass line into open trading space, so pavement seating reads as part of the room. You can specify leaves stack neatly to one or both sides; low-profile threshold when open.
Our Derbyshire area
We treat Ilkeston as part of our Derbyshire round including the DE postcodes, so the team is regularly nearby in Derby, Chesterfield and Glossop.
Planning rules in Ilkeston
In Ilkeston, applications go to Erewash Borough Council. Replacing an existing frontage in the same style seldom needs permission, but anything that alters the look of the street usually needs consent. We flag it at survey so it never delays the fit.
What it costs in Ilkeston
The entry price is about £5,200 plus VAT. The real figure comes from the survey measurements. Quotations stay valid for 90 days.
