Steel shopfronts across Derby
Steel shopfronts in Derby start from about £3,600 plus VAT for a standard opening, with a free survey and a written quotation before anything is ordered.
For Derby shops and offices, we start by measuring the actual opening, not a photo then we put the steel shopfronts price in writing.
From order to fitted
Manufacture usually takes 5-6 weeks after drawing sign-off. Fitting a standard Derby unit is normally one to two days on site. We can fit on a day the business is shut.
About the product
Steel takes an impact that aluminium will not, so it is the usual choice for units that have been targeted before or that sit on a late-night street. Options include slim steel sections with high impact resistance; laminated glass options for attack resistance.
Our Derbyshire area
Our Derby jobs sit within Derbyshire across the DE postcode district, which puts it on the same route as Ilkeston, Glossop and Buxton.
Do you need consent?
Derby City Council decides planning in Derby. Like-for-like work rarely needs consent, whereas a new look, an outside shutter box or a lit fascia generally needs an application. We check which applies to your unit at survey.
Costs
