Steel shopfronts across Cradley Heath

For Cradley Heath shops and offices, we start by measuring the actual opening, not a photo and the steel shopfronts are then made to those dimensions.

Costs

The entry price is about £3,600 plus VAT. The real figure comes from the survey measurements. Once issued, the price is fixed for 90 days unless the specification changes.

From order to fitted

Expect 5-6 weeks after drawing sign-off for manufacture. Fitting a standard Cradley Heath unit is normally one to two days on site. Early starts and closed-day fitting are both possible.

Specification notes

Steel takes an impact that aluminium will not, so it is the usual choice for units that have been targeted before or that sit on a late-night street. Common specifications: slim steel sections with high impact resistance; laminated glass options for attack resistance.

Nearby

We treat Cradley Heath as part of our West Midlands round including the B postcodes, with regular work in neighbouring Stourbridge, Wednesbury and Bilston.

Local planning

Planning in Cradley Heath goes through Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council. Replacing an existing frontage in the same style seldom needs permission, whereas a new look, an outside shutter box or a lit fascia generally needs an application. The survey confirms which rules apply.
