Planning rules in Cradley Heath
Planning in Cradley Heath goes through Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council. Replacing an existing frontage in the same style seldom needs permission, but a changed appearance, an external shutter or an illuminated sign usually does. We flag it at survey so it never delays the fit.
