The product
Where a parade is listed or sits in a conservation area, the planning authority will often expect timber. Common specifications: factory-primed, finished on site; concealed modern weathering and security details.
Our Shropshire area
Our Shrewsbury jobs sit within Shropshire and the SY postcode area, with regular work in neighbouring Ludlow, Market Drayton and Telford.
Local planning
The local planning authority for Shrewsbury is Shropshire Council. Replacing an existing frontage in the same style seldom needs permission, though external shutters and lit signs normally need approval. You will know before you order.
