How much?
Guide price: from £3,800 plus VAT for a standard opening. Your quote depends on the opening size, the finish and how easy access is. The written quotation is valid for 90 days.
Lead times
Allow 5-7 weeks after drawing sign-off from drawings to delivery. On site, most Redditch jobs take one or two days. If you cannot close, we can work outside trading hours.
The product
Where a parade is listed or sits in a conservation area, the planning authority will often expect timber. You can specify mouldings matched to the original profile; factory-primed, finished on site.
Where we work around Redditch
Redditch is in Worcestershire covering B postcodes, and we are often working close by in Bromsgrove, Malvern and Droitwich.
Do you need consent?
Planning in Redditch goes through Redditch Borough Council. Swapping like for like is usually fine, though external shutters and lit signs normally need approval. You will know before you order.
Before you book
Do you cover the whole of Worcestershire?
Yes. We cover Redditch and the rest of Worcestershire, including Bromsgrove, Malvern and Droitwich.
What guarantee do I get?
Every installation comes with a written guarantee, and manufacturer warranties on hardware, motors and finishes are passed to you. The terms are set out on your quotation.
Can you match the units either side?
On a parade where the landlord wants a consistent frontage, we work to the same section profile and colour reference so the unit reads as part of the row.
What do you need from me to quote?
The address, roughly what you want, and a photo of the current frontage. Opening sizes help but are not essential, because we measure at survey anyway.
