How much?
Bi-folding shopfronts start at around £5,200 plus VAT. Width, height, finish and access move the final figure. The written quotation is valid for 90 days.
Lead times
Manufacture usually takes 4-5 weeks after drawing sign-off. Installation in Redditch is usually a day or two once everything is made. Early starts and closed-day fitting are both possible.
What gets fitted
Folding the whole frontage back turns the glass line into open trading space, so pavement seating reads as part of the room. You can specify heavy-duty running gear for commercial cycles; leaves stack neatly to one or both sides.
Where we work around Redditch
We treat Redditch as part of our Worcestershire round including the B postcodes, with regular work in neighbouring Bromsgrove, Malvern and Droitwich.
Do you need consent?
The local planning authority for Redditch is Redditch Borough Council. Swapping like for like is usually fine, but a changed appearance, an external shutter or an illuminated sign usually does. The survey confirms which rules apply.
