In Walsall, applications go to Walsall Council. Replacing an existing frontage in the same style seldom needs permission, though external shutters and lit signs normally need approval. We check which applies to your unit at survey.
How much?
Guide price: from £1,450 plus VAT for a standard opening. The real figure comes from the survey measurements. Quotations stay valid for 90 days.
Lead times
Allow 2-3 weeks after survey from drawings to delivery. On site, most Walsall jobs take one or two days. Early starts and closed-day fitting are both possible.
Specification notes
The motor sits inside the barrel and the shutter is run from a key switch, a remote or both. Common specifications: tubular motor inside the barrel; key switch, remote or both.

Common questions
Do you cover the whole of West Midlands?
Yes. We cover Walsall and the rest of West Midlands, including Aldridge, Kingswinford and Rowley Regis.
What guarantee do I get?
Every installation comes with a written guarantee, and manufacturer warranties on hardware, motors and finishes are passed to you. The terms are set out on your quotation.
Can you match the units either side?
On a parade where the landlord wants a consistent frontage, we work to the same section profile and colour reference so the unit reads as part of the row.
What do you need from me to quote?
The address, roughly what you want, and a photo of the current frontage. Opening sizes help but are not essential, because we measure at survey anyway.
