Frameless glass shopfronts across Oswestry
Frameless glass shopfronts in Oswestry start from about £4,200 plus VAT for a standard opening, with a free survey and a written quotation before anything is ordered.
Across Oswestry, a surveyor measures the unit before anything is priced and the frameless glass shopfronts are then made to those dimensions.
Timescales
Expect 4-5 weeks after drawing sign-off for manufacture. The install itself rarely takes more than two days for a standard opening. Early starts and closed-day fitting are both possible.
What gets fitted
Frameless glass removes nearly every vertical line from the elevation, which is why it suits showrooms, jewellers and flagship units. Common specifications: 12mm or 15mm toughened glass; patch fittings or channel-glazed top and bottom.
Coverage
We treat Oswestry as part of our Shropshire round and the SY postcode area, which puts it on the same route as Market Drayton, Telford and Shrewsbury.
Local planning
The local planning authority for Oswestry is Shropshire Council. Swapping like for like is usually fine, but anything that alters the look of the street usually needs consent. We flag it at survey so it never delays the fit.
What it costs in Oswestry
The entry price is about £4,200 plus VAT. Width, height, finish and access move the final figure. Once issued, the price is fixed for 90 days unless the specification changes.
