Frameless glass shopfronts across Northampton
Frameless glass shopfronts in Northampton start from about £4,200 plus VAT for a standard opening, with a free survey and a written quotation before anything is ordered.
For Northampton shops and offices, we survey the opening before any price is given and the frameless glass shopfronts are then made to those dimensions.
Planning rules in Northampton
West Northamptonshire Council decides planning in Northampton. Replacing an existing frontage in the same style seldom needs permission, but anything that alters the look of the street usually needs consent. You will know before you order.
How much?
Guide price: from £4,200 plus VAT for a standard opening. The real figure comes from the survey measurements. The written quotation is valid for 90 days.
Lead times
Allow 4-5 weeks after drawing sign-off from drawings to delivery. The install itself rarely takes more than two days for a standard opening. Closed-day or out-of-hours work can be arranged.
The product
Frameless glass removes nearly every vertical line from the elevation, which is why it suits showrooms, jewellers and flagship units. Options include glass doors on floor springs; manifestation to meet visibility guidance.

Common questions
Who carries out the work?
Work is carried out by our installation team and approved installers working under S&K Glazing Limited, which contracts with you and is responsible for the job.
Do you cover the whole of Northamptonshire?
Yes. We cover Northampton and the rest of Northamptonshire, including Corby, Wellingborough and Daventry.
What guarantee do I get?
Every installation comes with a written guarantee, and manufacturer warranties on hardware, motors and finishes are passed to you. The terms are set out on your quotation.
Can you match the units either side?
On a parade where the landlord wants a consistent frontage, we work to the same section profile and colour reference so the unit reads as part of the row.
