Local planning
Planning in Lichfield goes through Lichfield District Council. Swapping like for like is usually fine, though external shutters and lit signs normally need approval. We flag it at survey so it never delays the fit.
How much?
Guide price: from £4,200 plus VAT for a standard opening. Size, specification and strip-out decide the exact number. Your price is held for 90 days.
Timescales
Allow 4-5 weeks after drawing sign-off from drawings to delivery. Installation in Lichfield is usually a day or two once everything is made. Early starts and closed-day fitting are both possible.
The product
Frameless glass removes nearly every vertical line from the elevation, which is why it suits showrooms, jewellers and flagship units. Options include manifestation to meet visibility guidance; 12mm or 15mm toughened glass.

FAQs
Do you cover the whole of Staffordshire?
Yes. We cover Lichfield and the rest of Staffordshire, including Rugeley, Leek and Stone.
What guarantee do I get?
Every installation comes with a written guarantee, and manufacturer warranties on hardware, motors and finishes are passed to you. The terms are set out on your quotation.
Can you match the units either side?
On a parade where the landlord wants a consistent frontage, we work to the same section profile and colour reference so the unit reads as part of the row.
What do you need from me to quote?
The address, roughly what you want, and a photo of the current frontage. Opening sizes help but are not essential, because we measure at survey anyway.
