From order to fitted
Allow 5-7 weeks after drawing sign-off from drawings to delivery. Fitting a standard Melton Mowbray unit is normally one to two days on site. Early starts and closed-day fitting are both possible.
What gets fitted
Where a parade is listed or sits in a conservation area, the planning authority will often expect timber. You can specify engineered hardwood sections; mouldings matched to the original profile.

Do you need consent?
