Steel shopfronts in Rugeley start from about £3,600 plus VAT for a standard opening, with a free survey and a written quotation before anything is ordered.

Local planning
Planning in Rugeley goes through Cannock Chase District Council. Swapping like for like is usually fine, but anything that alters the look of the street usually needs consent. The survey confirms which rules apply.
Costs
The entry price is about £3,600 plus VAT. The real figure comes from the survey measurements. The written quotation is valid for 90 days.
How long it takes
Allow 5-6 weeks after drawing sign-off from drawings to delivery. Fitting a standard Rugeley unit is normally one to two days on site. If you cannot close, we can work outside trading hours.
Specification notes
Steel takes an impact that aluminium will not, so it is the usual choice for units that have been targeted before or that sit on a late-night street. Options include pairs well with a roller shutter for two layers of delay; slim steel sections with high impact resistance.

Common questions
Who carries out the work?
Work is carried out by our installation team and approved installers working under S&K Glazing Limited, which contracts with you and is responsible for the job.
Do you cover the whole of Staffordshire?
Yes. We cover Rugeley and the rest of Staffordshire, including Leek, Stone and Uttoxeter.
What guarantee do I get?
Every installation comes with a written guarantee, and manufacturer warranties on hardware, motors and finishes are passed to you. The terms are set out on your quotation.
Can you match the units either side?
On a parade where the landlord wants a consistent frontage, we work to the same section profile and colour reference so the unit reads as part of the row.
