Bi-folding shopfronts across Mansfield
Bi-folding shopfronts in Mansfield start from about £5,200 plus VAT for a standard opening, with a free survey and a written quotation before anything is ordered.
Across Mansfield, a surveyor measures the unit before anything is priced so the quotation for the bi-folding shopfronts is a real figure.
How much?
Budget from £5,200 plus VAT as a starting point. Size, specification and strip-out decide the exact number. The written quotation is valid for 90 days.
Lead times
Lead time is typically 4-5 weeks after drawing sign-off. Installation in Mansfield is usually a day or two once everything is made. If you cannot close, we can work outside trading hours.
About the product
Folding the whole frontage back turns the glass line into open trading space, so pavement seating reads as part of the room. Popular choices include leaves stack neatly to one or both sides; low-profile threshold when open.
Coverage
We treat Mansfield as part of our Nottinghamshire round covering NG postcodes, and we are often working close by in Newark-on-Trent, Worksop and Nottingham.
Planning rules in Mansfield
In Mansfield, applications go to Mansfield District Council. Like-for-like work rarely needs consent, but a changed appearance, an external shutter or an illuminated sign usually does. We flag it at survey so it never delays the fit.
