Bi-folding shopfronts across Corby
Bi-folding shopfronts in Corby start from about £5,200 plus VAT for a standard opening, with a free survey and a written quotation before anything is ordered.
For Corby shops and offices, we start by measuring the actual opening, not a photo so the bi-folding shopfronts arrive made to fit.
Costs
Guide price: from £5,200 plus VAT for a standard opening. Size, specification and strip-out decide the exact number. Your price is held for 90 days.
From order to fitted
Manufacture usually takes 4-5 weeks after drawing sign-off. The install itself rarely takes more than two days for a standard opening. Early starts and closed-day fitting are both possible.
About the product
Folding the whole frontage back turns the glass line into open trading space, so pavement seating reads as part of the room. Popular choices include heavy-duty running gear for commercial cycles; leaves stack neatly to one or both sides.
Where we work around Corby
Our Corby jobs sit within Northamptonshire across the NN postcode district, so the team is regularly nearby in Daventry, Northampton and Kettering.
Local planning
Planning in Corby goes through North Northamptonshire Council. A straight replacement is normally permitted, though external shutters and lit signs normally need approval. We flag it at survey so it never delays the fit.
Common questions
Who carries out the work?
Work is carried out by our installation team and approved installers working under S&K Glazing Limited, which contracts with you and is responsible for the job.
Do you cover the whole of Northamptonshire?
Yes. We cover Corby and the rest of Northamptonshire, including Daventry, Northampton and Kettering.
What guarantee do I get?
Every installation comes with a written guarantee, and manufacturer warranties on hardware, motors and finishes are passed to you. The terms are set out on your quotation.
Can you match the units either side?
On a parade where the landlord wants a consistent frontage, we work to the same section profile and colour reference so the unit reads as part of the row.
