Permission and Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council
Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council decides planning in Tipton. Like-for-like work rarely needs consent, though external shutters and lit signs normally need approval. We flag it at survey so it never delays the fit.
Before you book
Do I need planning permission in Tipton?
Like-for-like replacements usually do not. Changing the appearance of the frontage, fitting an external roller shutter or adding an illuminated sign usually needs consent from Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council. We tell you which applies at survey.
