Lead times
Lead time is typically 3-4 weeks after drawing sign-off. Fitting a standard Malvern unit is normally one to two days on site. Closed-day or out-of-hours work can be arranged.
The product
Aluminium is the default for high-street retail because the sections stay slim, the powder coat can match any brand colour, and the frame will not rot, swell or warp. Popular choices include toughened or laminated safety glass to BS EN 12150 / 14449; low-threshold entrance options for level access.
Where we work around Malvern
Malvern is in Worcestershire and the WR postcode area, which puts it on the same route as Stourport-on-Severn, Worcester and Redditch.
Do you need consent?
Malvern Hills District Council decides planning in Malvern. Like-for-like work rarely needs consent, though external shutters and lit signs normally need approval. We flag it at survey so it never delays the fit.
FAQs
Do you cover the whole of Worcestershire?
Yes. We cover Malvern and the rest of Worcestershire, including Stourport-on-Severn, Worcester and Redditch.
What guarantee do I get?
Every installation comes with a written guarantee, and manufacturer warranties on hardware, motors and finishes are passed to you. The terms are set out on your quotation.
Can you match the units either side?
On a parade where the landlord wants a consistent frontage, we work to the same section profile and colour reference so the unit reads as part of the row.
What do you need from me to quote?
The address, roughly what you want, and a photo of the current frontage. Opening sizes help but are not essential, because we measure at survey anyway.
